Maryland Ghost Gun Dealers Warned

October 7th, 2025 by WCBC Radio

The City of Baltimore recently won a record settlement of $62 million dollars against a gun dealer for flooding the market with so-called ghost guns. The guns are known for not having serial numbers and are often sold as kits, without background checks. “The anti-gun crowd likes to make ghost guns sound ominous, but it’s just a legal way for someone to own an unregistered firearm. Criminals who want a firearm typically either steal it or purchase it stolen on the black market.”
