The Maryland State Board of Elections is involved in a lawsuit along with 23 other states dealing with inaccurate voting records. The lawsuit, brought by Maryland Election Integrity and United Sovereign Americans says that elections system analysis revealed massive amounts of errors could have affected elections. Annapolis Attorney Ed Hartman who represents the organizations says it is not about going back over previous election results but to move forward and improve post-election processes.
