Mayor Encourages Neighbors Complete Surveys

The Enough Act, passed by the Governor Moore administration, is working to create opportunities in neighborhoods where more than 30% of children are living in poverty.  Cumberland Mayor Ray Morriss recently talked with WCBC about efforts of agencies including HRDC, the Local Management Board, and the Department of Social Services to get funding for programs in the South Penn and John Humbird areas.
