On Friday, November 7, 2025 at approximately 4:00 PM, the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 400 block of N. Mechanic Street for a possible breaking and entering.  Police located Seth Michael inside the residence and determined that he was not allowed to be there.  Officers learned that Michael also had an active bench warrant.  The warrant was issued as the result of Michael failing to appear in court on an original charge of Theft less than $100.  Michael was arrested and later seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing.  At the conclusion, Michael was released on his personal recognizance.
