Governor Patrick Morrisey awarded over $200,000 in Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Program grant funds to the West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation. “And the goal behind this is to really enhance the residence substance abuse treatment programs for inmates to break the cycle of drug addiction and crime. It’s going to provide for the continuation of programs in Beckley and Charleston and a host of different places.”
