Let’s Beautify Cumberland’s July 4th celebration has a new home this year. For the first time since 2013, LBC will not be at the courthouse on Washington Street. Instead, group co-chair Ed Mullaney tells WCBC they are working with Canal Place for the event, picking up the evening after the 7:30pm Potomac Concert Band performance…
