On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the area of North Wineow Street for the report of a male trespassing in the parking lot. Upon arrival, Officers met with Bret Redden, who had been previously served with a no trespass order for the property. As a result, Redden was placed under arrest and issued a criminal citation for trespassing. He was then released pending his trial at the Allegany County District Court.
