On Thursday, 7/31/25 from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Park Street will be closed to through traffic from Harrison Street to Baltimore Avenue for the tie-in of the new water main. Water service will be interrupted from Harrison Street to Baltimore Avenue, as well as Union Street.
