Queen City Drive Trespassing Arrest

On July 22nd, 2026 at approximately 9:00 p.m., an officer from the Cumberland Police Department observed an individual walking across the train tracks adjacent to Queen City Drive, which is clearly posted, “No Trespassing.”The officer contacted the individual and identified them as Matyah Lee Goodman. Goodman was advised of the violation and issued a citation. Goodman was then released from the scene pending trial at District Court.
