The Baltimore Ravens announced that they have cut longtime placekicker Justin Tucker.  The decision brings an unceremonious end to one of the greatest careers in kicking history in the NFL.  The Ravens drafted a kicker in April and Tucker was not as accurate last season.  The kicker has been dogged by allegations of sexual misconduct and is being investigated by the NFL.
