Changes are taking place in the City of Cumberland when it comes to recycling. “The truck with the split rear has a trash component and a recycling component in the bac, they will be cycling those trucks in this summer. So, you’ll be seeing more and more of those. One major change impacting recycling this year is no trash will be picked up or accepted in these recycling bins. It is going to have to be recycling only.”
