In its ninth-best month, Maryland’s sports wagering market contributed $6.3 million dollars in tax revenue to the state. Sports wagers for the month totaled $513 million with $454 million dollars in payouts. Mobile betting made up the majority of wagers placed. Since the inception of the state’s sports wagering program, over $160 million dollars has went to the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future Education Fund.
