A special College Street Fest is happening in downtown Cumberland on Saturday beginning at 1pm. Becky McClarran of the Downtown Development Commission says that since a lot of college-age students finished high school during COVID, they may tend to stay close to campus. She hopes this experience will show them what is available outside their college close, specifically in downtown Cumberland…
