On Thursday, June 12, 2025 at approximately 7:58 AM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department observed two male subjects sitting in an area off of Greene Street that is posted ‘No Trespassing’.  The subjects were contacted and identified as Andrew Seifert and Nathan Herrell.  They were placed under arrest for the violation and later released on criminal citations.
