On August 16th, 2025 at approximately 12:00 p.m., the Cumberland Police Department responded to an address on Pulaski Street for a complaint of trespassing. Upon arrival officers located Lisa Flor Breiterman inside the address that was conspicuously posted, "No Trespassing. uninhabitable for human habitation," by the City of Cumberland. Breiterman was placed under arrest and issued a citation for trespassing. She was then released pending trial at District Court.
