On Satrday, Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear in Allegany County District Court on Sandra Kay Murphy. Murphy failed to appear for court on August 3, 2017 for an original charge of Failure to Obey a Reasonable and Lawful Order. Murphy was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was released on her personal recognizance pending trial in District Court.

Charges: Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear
On Saturday, the Cumberland Police served two Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear on Nathan Allen Herrell. Both warrants charge Herrell with failing to appear for court on October 12, 2017 on original charges of Disturbing the Peace and Disorderly Conduct. Herrell was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was held on $1000 on each warrant, totaling $2000. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center to await his next appearance in District Court.
