Warrant Arrests – April 11 & 12

Levi Neal Jones, 25 of Cumberland, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply. His original charges include: Assault-2nd Degree, 2 counts of Intoxicated Endangerment, Disorderly Conduct and CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Danyelle Nicole Sinclair, 39 of Cumberland, was arrested on two (2) District Court Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear. Her original charges for both warrants: CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis. When Sinclair was booked in at the Allegany County Detention Center, she was found to have Drug Paraphernalia in her possession. Sinclair was charged additionally with CDS: Possession Paraphernalia and Possession of Contraband in a place of Confinement. She was released on her own recognizance.

Levi Neal Jones, 25 of Cumberland, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply/Violation of Probation. His original conviction was for Neglect of Minor where he received an 18-month suspended sentence and 2-years Supervised Probation. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Tyler Matthew Westfall, 27 of Springfield, WV, was arrested on (2) District Court Bench Warrants for Failure to Comply. His original charges include: Burglary 4th Degree and CDS: Possession Paraphernalia. On the second warrant, the original charges include: Burglary 4th Degree, CDS: Possession Paraphernalia and Trespass-Private Property. He was released on a $2,500 unsecured personal bond (UPB) in one case, and $2,000 UPB in the other.
