Warrant Arrests – April 23

Andrew Jacob Getz, 44 of Cumberland, was arrested on a Maryland Parole Retake. He was held without bond until being released to the State of Maryland.
Abree Danicka-Nickol Braithwaite, 30 of Cumberland, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pretrial Supervision – Failure to Comply. Her original charges include: Attempted – Burglary – 4th degree – Dwelling and Disturbing the Peace/Disorderly. She is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Isaac Michael Case, 23 of Cumberland, was arrested on two (2) District Court Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear. His original charges include: Burglary-4th Degree-Dwelling, Fraud-Personal Identification to Avoid Prosecution, False Statement to Peace Officer, False Statement to Officer, Display Government ID of Another, Obstructing & Hindering, and Theft Less than $100. He is being held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a $1,000 – 100% cash bond in each matter.

Brandon James Hartman, 41 of Westernport, was arrested on three (3) District Court Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear and Failure to Comply.
• Warrant 1 – Original Charge: CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis – Bail Set at $1,500
• Warrant 2 – Original Charges: CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis, Fraud-Personal Identification Avoid Prosecution, and Obstructing & Hindering – Hold Without Bond
• Warrant 3 – Driving Motor Vehicle on Highway Without Required License and Authorization – Hold Without Bond
He is being held at the Allegany County Detention Center, pending a bail review in District Court.
Also arrested was Andrea Dawn Bever, 40 of Westernport. Bever was in the company of Hartman at a residence on Main Street in Westernport. Bever was found to be in possession of suspected Methamphetamine. She was subsequently charged with CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis and CDS: Possession: Paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance at her initial appearance.
