Larry Joseph Oakes, 45 of Lavale, was arrested on a Circuit Court Body-Attachment for Failure to Appear for a Child Support Hearing. He was released after posting a $100 preset cash bond.
Shawn Dale Mills, 51 of Cumberland, was arrested on a Circuit Court Body-Attachment for Failure to Appear for a Civil Hearing Modification. He was released on his own recognizance at his initial appearance.
Victoria Lynn (Holland/Foraker) Greer, 55 of Cumberland, was arrested on two (2) Circuit Court Bench Warrants for Violation of Probation.
• Warrant 1 – original conviction for Violating Release Conditions- Person Eligible Relief where she entered a Guilty Plea and received a Probation Before Judgement (PBJ) with 3-years of Unsupervised Probation.
• Warrant 2 – original conviction for Violating Release Conditions- Person Eligible Relief where she received a 90-day suspended sentence with 3-years of Unsupervised Probation.
She is being held without bond in both matters pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
