Joshua Dale Smith, 33 of Keyser, WV was arrested as a Fugitive of Justice due to being wanted by Mineral County WV for a Domestic Assault. He is being held on a Detainer at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Andrew Wayne Dawson, 39 of Keyser WV, was served a District Court Arrest Warrant. His original charges: Home Invasion, Burglary-4th Degree-Dwelling, Assault-2nd Degree, and Disturbing The Peace. He was released on a $7,500 bond.
Michael Thomas Shipley Jr, 37 of Cumberland, was arrested on two (2) Circuit Court Bench Warrants for Violation of Probation. His original convictions include: Reckless Endangerment where he received a 5-year suspended sentence and 5-years of Supervised Probation, and CDS Administration Equipment Possession/Distribution where he received a 15-day jail term and 3-years Supervised Probation. He has been released on a $10,000 Unsecured Personal Bond.
Anthony Clayton Tablert Sr., 43 of Cumberland, was served two (2) District Court Bench Warrants for Violation of Probation. His original conviction was for Theft: Less Than $100 where he was sentenced to 90 days with all but 10 days suspended and 12-months unsupervised probation, and Conceal Dangerous Weapon where he was sentenced to 6-months with 5-months and 28-days suspended along with 18-months unsupervised probation. He was released on his own recognizance on the first case and held without bond in the second case.
Akhary Tiere Williams, 23 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. His original conviction was for: Conspiracy – CDS: Possession With Intent to Distribute: Narcotics where he was sentenced to 15-days detention and 4-years of Supervised Probation. He was released on a $10,000 unsecured personal bond.
