The long-awaited Dans Mountain Wind project has entered its construction phase. Clearway Energy that owns the project, already has a presence in the region with windfarms at Mount Storm, the Pinnacle, and Black Rock. Hannah Muller, Director of External Affairs for Clearway, said 9 turbines will be installed along Dans Mountain and they should be operational in February 2025.
