There’s been no word yet from West Virginia’s governor, but State Treasurer Larry Pack would like to see a special session of the legislature called to take on some business he would like to see handles. Treasurer Larry Pack would like the state to pass legislation that would eliminate the state income tax on tips and overtime. The new law would complement the policy passed in January at the federal level. Pack says removing the tax would bring relief to blue collar and service industry workers.
