Elaine Davis Named Teacher of the Year
Eighth grade science teacher at Mount Savage School, Elaine Davis, has been named as Allegany County Public Schools’ Teacher of the Year. Davis had a master’s degree in teaching from Frostburg State University as well as a master’s in Science and Sustainability Development and Conservation Biology from the University of Maryland. Davis told the school board she would use the recognition to share her passion for science…
