Law Day At Allegany College Friday

Allegany College of Maryland has its annual Law Day starting at 10am this Friday. Open to the public, Law Day offers opportunities for students and the public to gain insight into public safety and legal professions. Participants include state and federal correctional institutions, Maryland Natural Resources, and local law enforcement. Weather permitting, Maryland State Police helicopter Trooper 5 will conduct a landing demonstration. Allegany College has career pathways for students interested in criminal justice and legal studies headed up by program director and attorney Brandon Hoover.
