While Paramount Pictures films part of the season finale for their Mayor of Kingstown television show in downtown Cumberland, City services will be provided to ensure the security of the film crew and the flow of the project.  The City will be compensated $76,300 in overtime for police, fire, and EMS, as well as parking.  During Tuesday’s Mayor and City Council Open Work Session, City Administrator Jeff Silka assured that services to the community will be unaffected…

“None of our public services to our residents of our community will be impacted.  It’s all in overtime.  It’s all with additional personnel.  We’re not sacrificing anything.”
