A structure fire on Golf Creek Road near the Cumberland Country Club caused $300,000 in damage. The two story brick house is owned by Leonard Kline. Over 40 firefighters responded to the scene, led by Baltimore Pike. One person was transported to the hospital for a hand injury and another was treated at the scene for possible smoke inhalation. The fire was brought under control in 15 minutes.
