Please be advised that the health department is currently experiencing a temporary phone service outage at the Willowbrook Office Complex and the Brook Building on Willowbrook Road in Cumberland. We are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Please let the public know that if they are trying to reach us by phone to please be patient and keep trying back.
