On September 23, 2022 Officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence on Wempe Drive, Cumberland Maryland for a report of a Breaking and Entering. Upon arrival Officers made contact with two subjects. During the investigation both subjects admitted to entering the residence without permission. The owner was contacted and stated that she never gave permission for anyone to be inside the residence. On September 24, 2022 Cumberland Police Officers served an Arrest Warrant on Dawson. Kristie Lynn Dawson was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center and held on $3000.00.
Arrest: Kristie Lynn Dawson, age 26, Cumberland Maryland.
Charges: Burglary 1st degree, Burglary 2nd, Burglary 4th and theft less than $100.00 x 2.
