The third time was a charm for the AES Warrior Run Manufacturer Tax Exemption Credit.  County Attorney Lee Beeman re-introduced the item on the Action Agenda for the Allegany County Commissioner’s meeting Thursday evening.  The tax credit had been tabled for two consecutive months while the County worked to determine what the future held for the coal-fired AES plant.
