Allegany County Sheriff’s Office Arrest

The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police have combined resources to target open and active warrants. As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended.

Wednesday, January 24, 2024
Damian Joshua Cline, 25 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. His original charge is for Conspiracy – Possession with intent to Distribute: Narcotics. He was released on his own recognizance in this matter.

Richard Allen Lowry, 33 of Cumberland, was served two arrest warrants. A Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. His original charges in that matter are Theft: $1,500 To Under $25,000, and a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation under the original conviction of Theft-Scheme $100 To Under $1,500. He is being held without bond in both matters.

Johnna Maxine Buckley, 33 of Cumberland, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply Pre-Trial Release. Her original charge is for CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis. She is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Ruby Caroline McCullough, 33 of Cumberland, was served a Frederick County District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Her original charge was for Possession-Not Cannabis. She is being held on $5,000 bond and pending transfer to Frederick County, Maryland.
