Three people were taken to UPMC Western Maryland, one by Trooper 5.
Maryland State Police is investigating.
INITIALREPORT:
Police, Fire, EMS and Trooper 5 Medevac have been sent to Eastbound Interstate 68 near Frostburg for a vehicle accident.
The Joint Communications Center of Allegany County says the mishap occurred near Exit 34 at around noon.
