On May 5th, 2024 officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 13000 block of Ali Ghan Road for a subject allegedly under the influence inside a vehicle. Upon officer’s arrival they located Seth Higgson, and observed evidence of impairment. After the performance of Standardized Field Sobriety, further evidence of impairment was observed. Higgson was placed under arrest and later released pending his trial at District Court.
Arrest: Seth Andrew Higgson, age 22, Cumberland Maryland.
