The Allegany County commissioners approved a memorandum of understanding with the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration during Thursday's meeting accepting funding of 3.6 million dollars for restoration of the Borden tunnel lining project along the Gap trail just north of the Frostburg trailhead.
