As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended. Friday, September 1, 2023 Cory Joseph Crabtree, 32, of Cumberland, was arrested on two Circuit Court Bench Warrants: 1. Violation of Probation on the original conviction of Armed Robbery, 2. Failure to Appear on the original charges including: Theft $100 To Under $1,500, Theft Less than $100, Theft Scheme: $100 to <$1,500, and CDS: Possession – Not Cannabis. He was released on an $2,500 Unsecured Personal Bond in each case.
Brain Scott Shelton, 36, of Cumberland, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation for the original charge of Disorderly Conduct. His bond was set by the Judge at $2,500.
Jaclyn Valarie Riley, 31, of Cumberland, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pretrial Release. Her original charges include: Assault 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, Reckless Endangerment, Affrey, Disorderly Conduct, CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana, and Possession of Contraband in Place of Confinement. She is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Rason Michael Patterson, 31, of Cumberland, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply. His original charges include: Trespass Private Property, Disorderly Conduct, Failure to Obey and Reasonable and Lawful Order and CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis. He is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
