On 09/07/23, members of the Allegany County Combined Warrant Unit located Randy Lee Iliff's street motorcycle on Woodside Avenue in Cumberland. Close to Iliff's motorcycle, an abandoned house was found to have been broken into. Iliff was located inside the abandoned house and placed under arrest without incident. Iliff was arrested on a Grand Jury Indictment for the following charges: CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis, CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute Narcotics, Rifle/Shotgun Possession-Disqualified Person, Regulated Firearm: Illegal Possession, Firearm Use/Felony-Violent Crime, CDS: Distribution ETC W/ Firearm, Firearm/Drug Trafficking Crime, Illegal Possession Ammunition, Assault Weapon/Magazine Use, and Possession Firearm Without Serial Number. Iliff was also found to be in possession of CDS, and additional charges for Burglary of the abandon house are pending. Iliff is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
On 09/07/23, members of the Allegany County Combined Warrant Unit developed information that Thomas Victor Lancaster IV, 27 of Cumberland, was staying in the basement of a house on Cash Valley Road. Upon arrival, the owner of the house gave Deputies permission to search the house. Lancaster was found hiding in the garage adjacent to the basement. Lancaster was placed under arrest without incident. He was arrested on two warrants. A Grand Jury Indictment included charges for CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis, CDS: Distribute-Other, CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute; and a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation under the original charge: Malicious Destruction of Property with a Value up to $1,000. Lancaster is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
Heather Renee Sager, 30 of Cumberland, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failing to Obey Order of Court Pre-Trial Release. Her original charges include: 2 counts Neglect of Minor, CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis and CDS: Possession Paraphernalia. Sager is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in District Court.
William Harvey Adkins III, 35 of Clearville, PA, was arrested on 2 Circuit Court Bench Warrants for Violation of Pre-Trial Release. His original charge is for Attempt to Elude Uniform Police by Failing to Stop. Adkins is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
