A caller to the Dave Norman Show Friday complained that she has yet to receive her new tax bill.  WCBC News reached out to William Lashbaugh, Tax and Utility Supervisor for the county, who said that the problem is a setting with the tax credits.  Lashbaugh added that tax bills should come out next week.
