Angela Alsobrooks has picked up a major endorsement in her campaign for the Maryland U.S. Senate – Congressman Jamie Raskin.
The announcement comes as Alsobrooks and David Trone continue to battle it out before the primary elelction on May 14.
Trone has outspent all opponents in the race and holds a lead in polls over Alsobrooks. The Democratic winner will most likely face former Governor Larry Hogan in the General Election.
