On October 22nd, 2022 officers of the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Nicholas Moreland. The Arrest Warrant was issued by the District Court for failing to appear for his trial on October 20th, 2022. During a subsequent search, officers located quantities of controlled dangerous substances. Moreland was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was released on an unsecured $2,500 bond.
Arrest: Nicholas Craig Moreland, age 31, Cumberland Maryland.
Charges: Failure to Appear, Possession not Cannabis, Possession of Paraphernalia.
Arrest Warrant Served
On October 22nd, 2022 officers of the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Duane Allen Crowe Jr. The Arrest Warrant was issued when Crowe failed to comply with the conditions of pre trial release conditions. Crowe was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was held without bond.
Arrest: Duane Allen Crowe Jr, age 33, Cumberland Maryland.
Charge: Failure to Comply.
Arrest Warrant Served
On October 22nd, 2022 officers of the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Lon Miller. The Arrest Warrant was issued by the District Court for failing to appear for his trial on August 29th, 2022. Miller was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his own recognizance.
Arrest: Lon Dell Miller, age 43, Ridgley West Virginia.
Charge: Failure to Appear.
