The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police – Barrack C have combined resources to target open and active warrants.
As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended.

Ashley Michelle Flynn, 38 of Cumberland was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Her original charge: Conspire – CDS Distribution – Narcotics where she received a suspended sentence of 5 years with 3 years supervised probation. Flynn is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
Kasidea Rachelle Miltenberger, 26 of Mount Savage, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial Release. Her original charges include: CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis and CDS: Possession of Paraphernalia. Miltenberger is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
Corey Lee Kraus, 30 0f Dundalk, Maryland was arrested on a District Court Arrest Warrant from Cecil County Md. for felony Theft: $1,500 To Under $25,000. He was additionally charged with being a Fugitive from Justice from Fairfax County, Virginia. Kraus was wanted in Virginia for Felony Theft. He is currently held on a detainer at the Allegany County Detention Center.
