Amber Nicole Tallman, 29 of Cumberland, was arrested on a District Court Warrant for charges including: Contribute to the Condition of a Child, Neglect of Minor, and Reckless Endangerment. Tallman is being held on a $5,000 bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Madison Brook-Denean Tranum, 24 of Piedmont, West Virginia was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. Charges include: Burglary-4th Degree-Dwelling, Trespass Private Property, Assault-2nd Degree, Disorderly Conduct, Disturb Peace/Disorderly, Harassment Course of Conduct, and Telephone Misuse Repeat Calls. Tranum was released on her own recognizance from Central Booking.
Meagan Desiree Elizabeth Riggleman, 32 of Frostburg, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Riggleman’s original conviction was for Contribute to the Condition of a Child where she received a disposition of Probation Before Judgement (PBJ) and 24-months of Supervised Probation. Riggleman is being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court. Andrew Leese, 35 of Bedford, PA, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Lease was originally convicted of CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis receiving a 1-year suspended sentence and 2-years Supervised Probation. Leese is being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
