On Sunday at approximately 05:06 a.m. the Cumberland Police Department responded to UPMC Western Maryland for the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival officers witnessed Glenn Williams threatening hospital staff and breaking hospital equipment. Officers made contact with Williams, and he was placed under arrest. Williams was transported to central booking. He was later seen by a District Court commissioner where he was held on a temporary commitment.

CHARGES: Disorderly Conduct, Malicious destruction of property less than $1,000
The Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Jacob Gracia. The warrant was issued as a result of Gracia violating terms of his probation passed on April 1st, 2022 for original charges of Driving Under the Influence. Gracia was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where he was held without bond.

Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Shaun Brooks. The arrest warrant was issued as a result of Brooks violating terms of a pre- trial release order. His original charges were for Malicious Destruction of Property less than $1,000. He was placed under arrest for the warrant and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where he was held without bond.

On Saturday afternoon at approximately 1:19 p.m. the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 600 block of Yale Street for an assault. Upon arrival officers made contact with the victim who advised that they had been struck in the face by Peter Butler. Officers observed injuries to the victim, which were consistent with being struck in the face by a closed fist. The officers contacted Peter Butler and continued their investigation. Butler was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to central booking. He was later seen by a District Court commissioner and released on his own recognizance.

And Saturday night at approximately 8:29 p.m. the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 900 block of Virginia Avenue for a disturbance. Upon arrival officers contacted Stephanie Leatherman. During the course of their investigation, the officers learned that Leatherman had been trespassed from the property. She was placed under arrest and transported the Cumberland Police station where she was issued a citation and released pending a trial at District Court.
