The City of Cumberland Engineering Department, on behalf of CSX, would like to notify the public that the Beall Street Crossing is currently closed to thru traffic between S Chase Street and Kelly Road on Friday, December 15th due to emergency repairs on a broken track. It is expected to be open by 10:00 PM.
Signage will be in place to detour passenger vehicles around the road closure.
Traffic is expected to be restored by 10:00PM, December 15th.
Additional information will be released in the event the closure duration needs to be extended.
