John Decker Millar has passed away at the age of 95.
Millar had a long career as an engineer at Allegany Ballistics Laboratory. He was also an active volunteer through the years, serving four three year terms as
President of the Bel Air Citizens Committee and was the driving force in obtaining funding for the community park.
