On Thursday, September 25th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested William Joseph Dibuono, 57, of Lonaconing MD. Dibuono was arrested on five active Bench Warrants issued by the Allegany County District Court on September 24th, 2025. The warrants allege Dibuono failed to appear in District Court on that date for previous charges that include CDS Possession, trespassing, CDS paraphernalia possession. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held on $500 bond.

On Thursday, September 25th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Javas Chayton Bohrer, 24, of Cumberland MD. Bohrer was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on September 24th, 2025. The warrant alleges Bohrer failed to appear in District Court on that date for a previous charge of CDS paraphernalia possession. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held on $500 bond.

On Thursday, September 25th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Darryl Lemar Powell Jr, 27, of Cumberland MD. Powell was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County Circuit Court on September 23rd, 2025. The warrant alleges Powell failed to appear in Circuit Court on that date for a previous charge of CDS Possession. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond.

On Thursday, September 25th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Jason Lynn Winfield, 43, of Cumberland MD. Winfield was arrested on two active Bench Warrants issued by the Allegany County Circuit Court on September 24th, 2025. The warrants allege Winfield failed to appear in Circuit Court on that date for previous charges of CDS Possession and theft. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond.

On Thursday, September 25th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Keith Louis Wilkins, 37, of Cumberland MD. Wilkins was arrested on three active Bench Warrants issued by the Allegany County District Court on September 24th, 2025. The warrants allege Wilkins failed to comply with an order of the court or condition of pretrial release that had been placed upon him due to previous charges that include theft and CDS Possession. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond.
