On Monday, April 1st, 2024, the Cumberland City Police arrested Jessica Domini Durham, 38, of Cumberland MD. Durham was arrested on two active Bench Warrants issued by both the Allegany County District and Circuit Courts. The District Court Warrant alleged Durham failed to appear in court on May 22nd on traffic charges. The Circuit Court warrant alleged Durham violated the terms and conditions of her probation that had been placed upon her due to a previous conviction on assault charges. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held without bond.
