BENCH WARRANT & BODY ATTACHMENT SERVED

On Saturday, June 7, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant and a body attachment on Nicolas D’Atri.  The warrant was issued as the result of D’Atri failing to appear in court on an original charge of Knowingly Driving Uninsured Vehicle. The body attachment was child support related.  D’Atri was arrested and transported to Central Booking.  He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $500 bond.

BENCH WARRANT SERVED

On Saturday, June 7, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Charles Casey Jr.  The warrant was issued as the result of Casey failing to appear in court on original charges of Driving on a suspended license.  Casey was arrested and transported to Central Booking.  He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on his personal recognizance.
