On Monday, May 12th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Penny Hope-Lynn Marshall, 39, of Cumberland, MD. Marshall was arrested on two active Body Attachments issued by the Allegany County Circuit Court on May 5th, 2025. The Body Attachments were issued as a result of an ongoing issue regarding child support non-compliance. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance, where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held on a total of $200 bond.
