On April 6th, 2024 at approximately 9:00 PM officers of the Cumberland Police Department observed an unsecured door in the 400 block of Arch Street. Officers learned that no one should be inside the residence and conducted a check of the residence, where they located Tyler Westfall inside. Westfall had been previously charged being inside of this residence and he was placed under arrest. During a subsequent search, items of paraphernalia were located on his person. Westfall was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was held without bond.
Arrest: Tyler Matthew Westfall, age 27, Cumberland Maryland.
Charge: Burglary 4th Degree, Trespassing, Possession of Paraphernalia.
