ACPS bus #144 was struck by a vehicle in route to Mountain Ridge High School. There were students on board the bus at the time of the accident; however, there were no injuries. Local law enforcement and staff of ACPS Transportation Department responded to the scene. The incident has delayed delivering the students to the school. Parents of the students involved will be notified accordingly.

ACPS Bus #82 from Mt. Savage School clipped the mirror of a parked FedEx truck on Valley Street this afternoon. There were students on board the bus at the time of the accident; however, there were no injuries. Local law enforcement and ACPS Supervisor of Transportation responded to the scene. The incident resulted in an approximate delay of 40 minutes delivering students to their drop-off destinations. Parents of students involved will be notified by the school.
