On Thursday the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Braddock Road residence for the report of an assault. When officers arrived, they spoke with three residents that alleged they had been assaulted by Jared Kyle Meade during an argument. All the victim’s had visible injuries that were observed by officers. Meade was arrested and charged with 3 counts of 2nd degree assault. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on an unsecured bond on $20,000.

On Thursday the Cumberland Police Department served a fugitive warrant from Mineral County, West Virginia, on Kassie Lynell Miller for a theft charge. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center.

On Thursday the Cumberland Police Department served two Circuit Court Warrants on Darien D. Manning for violating his pre-release supervision conditions and violating the conditions of his probation for CDS charges. He was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond.
At the time of his arrest, he was found to be in possession of a quantity of marihuana and was also issued a citation for possession less than 10 grams.

Circuit Court Warrant
On Friday, April 2nd, 2021 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Aden M. Stonestreet. The warrant was issued by Circuit Court for violating the conditions of his pre-trial release on burglary and theft charges. He was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond.
